Enplug passes SOC 2 security audit

Enplug, a digital signage software provider, recently passed its audit for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance by Coalfire. This audit ensures the company's cloud based platform meets security standards over an extended period of time, according to a press release.

Coalfire underwent a six-month long audit of Enplug to ensure it could safely secure customer data, according to the release. In the traditional Type 1 audit, this would only be measured at one moment in time.

"Going through the exhaustive SOC 2 Type 2 audit process has been a worthwhile investment of our time to demonstrate our deep commitment to data security," Nanxi Liu, CEO, Enplug, said in the release. "We've always prided ourselves on helping our customers build secure digital signage networks, and this latest milestone is further validation of our commitment."
