Elo introduces new 15-inch touchmonitor

MENLO PARK, Calif.: Elo TouchSystems Inc., provider of touch technology and a business unit of Tyco Electronics, announced in a news release its entry-level touchmonitor as part of its expanding 1000 series. The new 1515L 15-inch LCD can function as a desktop or wall-mounted unit. The display is factory-sealed against dirt and dust, and is styled to be attractive from all angles. It is available with a choice of Elo's IntelliTouch surface wave or AccuTouch five-wire resistive touch technologies, plus a dual serial/USB touch interface. Worldwide agency approvals cover the whole monitor, which is designed, built, serviced and supported by Elo.
