Shuttle, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance small form factor (SFF) PC solutions and creator of the XPC, has announced a formal partnership with Four Winds Interactive, a digital signage software provider which offers a full-service Interactive Digital Signage software platform that turns LCD and plasma displays into a flexible, reliable, easy-to-use digital signage network.
"We're excited about the unique opportunities that a partnership with Shuttle will bring to Four Winds Interactive," said Randal Dick, vice president at Four Winds Interactive. "Shuttle's advanced technology complements our hardware business model. It offers existing and potential clients a hardware resource for their digital signage needs."
At DSE 2010, the premier industry event for digital signage, interactive technology, and out-of-home advertising networks, Four Winds Interactive showcased its 1360x768 resolution digital signage content with Shuttle PC hardware. The new Shuttle fanless touch screen all-in-one PC was on display as a tabletop interactive content player with Four Winds Interactive software.
"The partnership with Four Winds Interactive is a strategic move that we've seen coming for some time now," said Nicolas Villalobos, director at Shuttle Computer Group in Los Angeles. "Many of our existing customers have already been using Four Winds Interactive software with Shuttle PC hardware, so it's only natural that we explore a formal alliance."
