Digital Signage Expo (DSE), the international tradeshow and conference dedicated to digital signage, interactive technology and digital out-of-home (DOOH) networks, announced today that it has opened registration for its newly reformatted and expanded conference seminar program for Feb. 22-25, 2011, in Las Vegas.
DSE says its eighth international conference has been expanded to present the world’s largest educational conference ever staged to help encourage and support the digital signage industry’s growth. The second and third days of the program consist of 55 seminar sessions (expanded from 40 in 2010), 36 lunch & learn sector-specific roundtable discussions and 16 on-floor workshops, featuring a faculty of more than 150 industry experts. In addition, the exposition includes the second annual pre-conference DOOH Advertising Summit on Tuesday, Feb. 22, along with six other pre- and post-show events.
The 55 seminars will be presented in eight tracks with curriculum framed around the Digital Signage Expert Certification 7 Elements model, to present fundamental and advanced instruction within a structured learning experience. The goal of this approach is to illuminate all key components to successful strategic planning, budgeting, installation and operations. Plus, for all those pursuing professional certification, all DSE 2011 seminars qualify for certification renewal under the auspices of the Digital Signage Experts Group.
The full curriculum overview includes a variety of industry-beneficial seminars:
• "Getting Started When You Don’t Know Where to Start"
• "Building and Capitalizing an Ad-or Subscription-based Network"
• "Building for Success: How to Leverage Research to Create Viable, Lasting Digital Signage Networks"

• "Creating a Compelling Content Strategy for Your Network"

"DSE 2011 will offer a range of general and specific educational opportunities for participants across all key industry sectors," said Richard Lebovitz, educational and editorial director for Exponation LLC, which produces DSE.
