MediaTile featured its new HumanKiosk with the Sprint 4G network and real-time "interactive audience measurement" at this year's Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas, according to a company release.
The new HumanKiosk is a free-standing, interactive digital signage solution that integrates 4G networking video presence technology, according to MediaTile. In addition to running digital promotions, the system also supports live, two-way video sessions between in-store consumers with product questions and representatives of that product from virtually anywhere around the globe.
The HumanKiosk's interactive audience measurement feature let expo attendees register their opinion on videos and flash media using a 42-inch digital touchscreen from Samsung. Votes were to be tallied and analyzed instantly, providing real-time viewer and demographic data, according to MediaTile.
