DSE: CyberTouch and Mitsubishi unveil multitouch display

Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America's Presentation Products Division and touchscreen integrator CyberTouch have announced the introduction of CyberTouch's Rio 32, a 32-inch (measured diagonally) multitouch touch screen monitor, at Digital Signage Expo 2010 in Las Vegas, February 23-25.

According to a press release, CyberTouch's Rio 32 is a true multitouch LCD monitor that recognizes up to 36 distinct actuation points, including single touch, gesturing, squeezing and pinching to make computing resources more available to untrained or handicapped computer users. Rio also responds to gloved hands, long nails and/or a stylus.
