The Digital Signage Expo will present an escorted, four-hour, pre-show coach tour to showcase live case-study installations featuring exterior treatments on the famed Las Vegas Strip, as well as restaurant, hospitality and retail locations, at this year's show.
DSE's fifth annual guided installation tour provides customer-facing and behind-the-scenes views of some of the best digital-signage installations in Las Vegas, according to organizers. Spokesmen representing the venues and the technology will answer questions and speak to the challenges they faced in concept, design and implementation, as well as provide insights into positive outcomes.
Locations featured in the DSE 2011 Digital Signage Guided Installation Tour include:
Such live case studies allow attendees to see exactly how digital signage networks and interactive technologies work in one of the most dynamic signage environments in the world. In addition to knowledgeable venue staff, experts from Daktronics, Harris, Panasonic, Signwave Digital, Retail Media Group (RMG), Samsung and Magenta Research will be on hand to provide valuable insight into their contributions to these cutting edge digital signage and advertising network installations.
"The tour gives attendees a unique view of some of the newest technologies at work," said Chris Gibbs, president of ExpoNation LLC, which produces Digital Signage Expo. "They also will be able to see first-hand their powerful impact in the business environment."
The tour begins at 9 a.m., and admission is very limited. Tickets can be purchased as part of the registration process at www.dse2011.com for $195 through 2/21 or $250 thereafter, on a space available basis.
This year's DSE is scheduled for Feb. 22-25, 2011, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
