Mediaperformances SA, an in-store advertiser in France, has selected BroadSign International's DOOH software to power its ShopperCast retail network. The advertiser has initially rolled out 200 55-inch LED totems in 150 Carrefour hypermarkets in the country, according to a press release.
One-third of the content on the totems is store information and the other two-thirds of the content covers advertising from companies such as Coca-Cola, Mondelez, Nestle, Unilever and more. Since Mediaperformances deployed the totems with BroaSign's software, it has seen a 15 percent increase in sales.
"BroadSign is the only CMS suited to ad-based networks," said Kevin Beaulieu, product manager, ShopperCast. "We tried other solutions but they all had shortcomings when it came to handling specific aspects of our business. As the data behind our solution is built in the software, BroadSign is helping us design and manage our network in the most efficient and flexible way."
