Diversified upgrades cloud-based collaboration service

Diversified, a AV media delivery solution company, has upgraded and relaunched its cloud-based conferring solution as Visual Huddle, previously known as TI-VMRplus, according to a press release.

Visual Huddle is designed to offer video, voice and recording on a private network that enables connectivity to more than 12,000 cities in more than 190 countries. The solution is also compatible with room based endpoints and telepresence platforms such as Skype for Business, Jabber, Polycom Real Presence and more.

The company has also added in new features such as content sharing, integrated directories and the ability to create videos of meetings.

"The ability to incorporate existing endpoints is significant to our clients, as is the audio connectivity," Ken Small, virtual meeting room practice leader, Diversified, said in the release. "But what they are really excited to discuss is the zero infrastructure requirement and our monthly subscription fee model."
