Diversified inks acquisition of Sensory Technologies

Diversified, a global technology solutions company, has acquired Sensory Technologies, a A/V integration company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Sensory Technologies offers a collection of digital signage, A/V, media management and other solutions, according to a press release.

With the acquisition, Diversified hopes to expand its footprint in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S.

"Combining the strengths of our two innovative companies will help us sustain the necessary growth to meet the evolving needs of our clientele," Fred D'Alessandro, CEO of Diversified, said in the release. "Sensory Technologies has built an exceptional business, and I'm excited to welcome them into the Diversified family."
