Diversified inks acquisition of Media Management

Diversified, an AV and technology provider, has acquired Media Management, a Dallas-based AV and IT company. Diversified plans to use this acquisition to better serve its clients in education, healthcare, houses of worship and others, according to a press release.

Diversified also plans to use this acquisition to meet the increased demand for AV and IT solutions in Dallas. The company already has an office in Houston, so it will be able to provide more support for the area than before, according to the release.
