Digital epitaph screens dying off

The Detroit Free Press: Two years ago, Vidstone LLC developed the serenity panel, solar-powered digital sign that mounts to the front of gravestones. The panels are designed to pay tribute to the deceased in color pictures, words, music and videos, stored on an internal memory chip. Sales of the unit, however, are slow getting off the ground.
