Digital canvas company Prysm inks acquisition of Kaybus

Prysm Inc., a provider of cloud based digital canvas solutions, has officially acquired Kaybus Inc., a developer of knowledge automation software. Prysm plans to integrate Kaybus's technology into its Application Suite, according to a press release.

Prysm expects this integration to help its users in several key ways, such as:

• Security enhancements through new tools for admins;
• Tools for different languages;
• Improved search functions; and
• Streamlined secure sign-ons

"The enterprise-grade quality that our customers have come to expect from us will be further enhanced by this acquisition, and we are working quickly to incorporate the many advantages that Kaybus brings to Prysm Application Suite."
