Digital billboards to show Iowa caucus results

The Telegraph Herald (Des Moines, Iowa): Updates and results of the Iowa caucuses will be streaming on billboards at stop signs and intersections around the state Thursday. Real-time election results will be displayed in Dubuque, Waterloo and Des Moines markets, as precincts begin reporting, displaying the top three candidates from each party and their percentages followed by the declared winners.
