CyberTouch debuts 24-inch wide screen touchscreen

NEWBURY PARK, Calif. — CyberTouch announced the introduction of its Orion 24, a 24-inch diagonal (16:9 aspect ratio) touchscreen LCD monitor.

Incorporating an 8-wire resistive touchscreen, Orion 24's touch surface is protected by a chemical- and abrasion-resistant polycarbonate overlay. Orion 24 responds to touch of a finger, stylus or a gloved-hand. After installation of the driver software, Orion 24 concurrently operates with keyboard and mouse. Utilizing NEC LCD2490WUXi-BK and Samsung's SYNCMASTER244T LCD Monitor (1920x1200 native resolutions), Orion 24 is offered with both USB and serial communication protocols.
