CUK Audio inks acquisition of Tukans

CUK Audio, an A/V distributor, has officially acquired Tukans Ltd., a U.K.-based A/V distributor, according to a press release.

Tukans will continue to operate as an independent company, but logistics, accounting and IT will be handled at CUK Audio's headquarters in East Kilbride, Scotland.

"Adding Tukans to the CUK Audio group, is just one part of our strategy to strengthen our partnership with current and future customers, by providing them with advanced technical solutions, not only for audio but also video, system control and data networking," Simon Druce, sales director, CUK Audio, said in the release. "The expectations of end users are changing fast and we want to be there to help our customers meet and exceed those expectations."
