Crestview acquires Elo Touch Solutions

Crestview Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired Elo Touch Solutions, a touchscreen solutions provider, from The Gores Group. Elo has deployed more than 20 million products worldwide, according to a press release.

"Crestview seeks to invest in industrials companies with leading technologies at an inflection point in their growth trajectory," Alex Rose, partner of Crestview, said in the release. "Elo's enterprise network touchscreen solutions are well positioned to increasingly help create differentiated interactive experiences for customers around the world."

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
