Crestron intros signal extender DM Lite

Crestron has launched its DM Lite line of signal extenders. These products can extend 1080p signals up to 70-meters and 4K 3:20:0 signals up to 40-meters using CAT5e, according to a press release.

Crestron build the DM Lite line to be easy to deploy with a small form factor. The line consists of six transmitters and four receivers, which can be mixed and matched or paired with Crestron extenders with HDMI connectivity.

"DM Lite products were designed to meet the need for inexpensive video extenders in small offices and conference rooms, as well as in classrooms," Aalap Patel, product manager, DigitalMedia, said in the release. "They're perfect products for our dealers to keep in stock and roll out for quick installations."
