Cognitive Code changes name to Voxagent Labs to focus on conversational AI solutions

Cognitive Code Corp., the developer of the SILVIA AI platform, has rebranded to Voxagent Labs. The company will focus on developing commercial products powered by SILVIA for commerce and Internet of Things. SILVIA in particular allows businesses to deliver conversational intelligence to customers by crafting intelligent avatars that sound like real people, according to a press release.

The platform uses natural language processing locally to ensure safe and secure user interactions, according to the press release. SILVIA avatars can "speak" in a manner that conveys inflection and emotional tones to better engage with customers.

Voxagent Labs plans to create solutions for conversational avatars, commerce and IoT for the entertainment, enterprise and consumer markets.
