Times OOH, an India-based OOH advertising firm, has partnered with Closeup, a toothpaste brand, to promote the product in a DOOH campaign planned by Rapport Outdoor in Ahmedabad, according to a press release.
Targeting a youth audience, ad placement included education centers and malls among other locations, with more than 25 digital billboards involved in a campaign leveraging 30-second video creative, with regional language content.
An independent research agency found that the campaign reached over 90 million impressions over a month, with over 3.2 million in unique reach measurement.
"Closeup is a category leader that aces with its marketing initiatives; having them on board for advertising on the digital billboard certainly underlines the efficacy of the advertising medium," Anchal Dhawan, business head for city media at Times OOH, said in the release. "I believe the agency and the brand have certainly employed the medium most efficiently by tapping into relevant, iconic and high footfall locations."
