ClearVision-AV a digital signage and media management company, has rebranded its support service as ClearChoice Services, according to a press release.
This service offers help desk, installation and maintenance assistance to its users with a web-portal. This portal also provides on-demand pricing schedules and tracking tickets, according to the release.
"Today's A/V customers have a high level of expectation for ongoing service and support, but many resellers, manufacturers, and distributors struggle to provide them globally," Chris Platt, president of ClearVision, said in the release. "Our new ClearChoice brand is meant to allow small and large companies alike to offer enhanced services with little to no additional labor costs and expand beyond their local footprints."
