ClearOne wins patent for spatial audio conferencing

ClearOne, a A/V company, has won a patent for its spatial audio rendering technology for conferencing. This technology helps boost intelligibility of audio and reduce overall listener fatigue, according to a press release.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent number 9,843,455 to ClearOne for the technology. With this addition, ClearOne now possesses more than 100 patents and pending patent applications, according to the release.
