Clear Channel Outdoor has partnered with Blood Cancer United on an out-of-home campaign highlighting Blood Cancer United's mission and to remind the public that every person diagnosed with blood cancer has passions to pursue, people to love and stories to tell.

The OOH campaign underscores that Blood Cancer United is all about blood cancer, so patients can be more than their diagnosis, according to a press release. The campaign is running across Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami and New York through October.

On Oct. 9, two Clear Channel Outdoor digital billboards in Manhattan's Times Square were illuminated with messages uplifting Blood Cancer United's community.

"This campaign and our new brand reflect the voices of patients, families, volunteers, and supporters who have shared their experiences with us," Lynn Godfrey, SVP, chief experience officer at Blood Cancer United, said in the release.

Blood Cancer United revealed its new name and brand identity on in late August. In addition to OOH, the organization's integrated advertising campaign includes broadcast, digital, social and PR channels, with additional activations running through the end of the year.

"Our partnership with Blood Cancer United demonstrates how our Out-of-Home media platform has the power to bring together communities around a shared mission," Dan Levi, EVP and CMO, Clear Channel Outdoor, said in the release. "We're proud to help shine a light on Blood Cancer United's lifesaving work through this campaign, which not only connects with more people affected by blood cancer but also honors their personal stories of strength, hope and resilience."
