Circuit City adding digital signage in Toronto stores

Mediacaster: IntelliMats LLC is launching a pilot program with The Source By Circuit City to put digital video signage in stores in the Toronto area.

The Source By Circuit City is operated by InterTAN Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Circuit City Stores Inc. The Source By Circuit City has more than 950 stores and dealer outlets across Canada. IntelliMat is a patented, portable dynamic floor display that delivers digital advertising and informational messages at the point of decision. Upon the conclusion of the pilot program in October, executives from IntelliMats and The Source By Circuit City will evaluate the results before expanding the program. IntelliMats is hosting similar pilots in other retail stores.
