Global visual technology company Christie announced that it is demonstrating a wide range of its cinema projection and digital signage lobby solutions, backed by its behind-the scenes monitoring and control services, at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
CinemaCon, official convention of The National Association of Theatre Owners, runs March 28 – 31 in Las Vegas.
Christie Digital Systems USA President and COO Jack Kline addressed convention delegates at the International Day luncheon on March 28, and Christie Managed Services Vice President Sean James took part in the "Keeping Your Cinema Open on a Saturday Night" ICTA panel today.
Christie also sponsored an invitation-only, interactive presentation with Oscar-winner Jon Landau, producer of Titanic and Avatar, on Tuesday, March 29. The producer recently toured Christie's digital-cinema manufacturing facilities and praised the firm for "looking ahead to the future, not sitting on the laurels of today" in its quest to make the filmgoers' experience better, according to the announcement from Christie.
