Chief unveils ceiling mounts for CRT retrofits

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Chief Manufacturing announced its MCS and PCS Single Ceiling Mounts, which are designed to retrofit existing CRT installations with flat panels. Installers can simply unthread the current CRT television mount from the 1.5-inch NPT and rethread the MCS or PCS Single Ceiling Mount without changing out the pipe or ceiling plate.

The PCS and MCS mounts feature Chief's exclusive Q-Latch Mounting System for quick connect/disconnect and integrated security. Screen positioning is quick and easy and does not require the use of tools. The MCS is compatible with 26- to 50-inch screens and the PCS is compatible with 37- to 61-inch screens. Chief offers a variety of installation adapters, including the PAC101 pole shelf, PAC251 CPU Adapter and the PAC300 or PAC301 Speaker Adapters.
