Chief mounts receive UL listing

MINNEAPOLIS — Chief Manufacturing announced that its steel stud mount kits and accessories have been UL listed. Chief worked directly with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) to manufacture the industry's first UL-listed steel stud swing arms for 10- to 50-inch flat panel displays up to 125 lbs (18 kg). Chief was recently approved by UL to be a certified Client Data Test Site (CDTS). With the new test site, Chief will be able to test most products for UL standards in-house and submit the paperwork to UL for review (automated products will not be tested by Chief).
