Chief launches automated ceiling lift for high-end digital signage installations

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Chief Mfg. has announced the launch of an automatic ceiling lift for digital signage applicaitons. The CM2C40 Automated Ceiling Lift allows users to raise and lower a flat panel from the ceiling at the press of button. This lift is designed to disguise flat panel TVs in high-end residential or business installations, providing screen movement with customizable stops. Designed for flat panel TVs up to 61 inches and weighing a maximum of 190 lbs, the CM2C40 allows up/down travel at more than two inches per second. The lift provides up to 40 inches of travel with a stored height of 31 inches. Customizable store and show positions allow fine-tuning for most installations and the lift design is intended to eliminate flat panel TV width constraints.
