CenturyLink expands fiber network

CenturyLink, a provider of high speed internet service, has expanded its fiber network across the U.S. and has added 400,000 more homes and small businesses to its network, according to a press release.

The company has expanded into a variety of cities including:

• Phoenix, Arizona.
• Idaho Falls, Idaho.
• Denver, Colorado.
• Pocatello, Idaho.

"As we change the way we learn and work right now in the U.S., CenturyLink sees, more than ever, the importance of reliable high-speed internet access," Maxine Moreau, CenturyLink president of consumer markets said in the release. "We expect to continue building and expanding fiber to provide those essential connections to families and businesses."
