Cayin integrates video streaming, expanded storage into media players

Cayin Technology has released two software patches for its line of media players, which includes expandable USB storage, USB HDMI capturing and 5 giga hertz wireless support. Customers can use USB HDMI capture card to stream videos, according to a press release.

Users can push video streaming to a single display or an entire network via CMS. With the expanded USB ports, customers can also mount external storage on the digital signage player for more storage.

This upgrade will be available for free starting at the end of October for all displays currently running SMP-NEO 2 and CMS 10 from Cayin, according to the release.
