Branded Cities earns large minority investment from Shamrock Capital

Branded Cities, an OOH media company, recently received a large minority investment from Shamrock Capital, a media investment firm. As part of the investment, Shamrock partners Steve Royer and Andy Howard will join the Branded Cities board, according to a press release.

Branded Cities currently controls more than 3,000 digital signs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Its OOH media platform is built to help boost engagement and dwell time for customers, according to the release.

"They have built an incomparable, premium, out-of-home advertising company with iconic digital boards in the most desired locations. Their growth over the years has far outpaced the industry and we are looking forward to furthering that growth with our investment."
