Blue Chip Technology launches digital signage players pre-loaded with Scala

Scala and Blue Chip Technology have partnered to create a line of digital signage media players that come preloaded with pre-loaded with Scala digital signage software. The line of players is designed for Scala's EMEA customer base.
The PC-based player range is also designed to accommodate digital signage users of all levels. The L3 and P1 models are cost-effective for the mainstream user, while the E2 and 2U address the most demanding content with high-end graphics and quadcore CPU support. All Blue Chip hardware players are designed and manufactured in the UK, EMC tested and fully CE approved.
"This partnership ensures the Scala customer base will have easy access to a range of proven hardware solutions with volume pricing, consistent availability and managed lifecycle, key considerations in high-profile signage applications," said Damon Crowhurst, director of services for Scala EMEA.
