AVI-SPL acquires Interactive Solutions

AVI-SPL, an A/V provider, has acquired Interactive Solutions Inc., an A/V and digital signage provider. AVI-SPL plans to use this acquisition to expand its position in the Southeastern U.S., according to a press release.

"With this transaction, we are delivering greater resources to ISI's customers that can now benefit from a single global provider while also providing existing AVI-SPL customers with improved execution capabilities in important Tennessee markets." Richard Stokes, managing director at H.I.G. Capital, the owner of AVI-SPL, said in the release. "We are pleased to support this acquisition, which will serve to further AVI-SPL's position as the leading global provider of audio visual and video conferencing services and solution."
