AverMedia offering video capture card with H.264 hardware compression

AverMedia, has launched its CN331-H compact video capture card. The card supports HD and provides H.264 hardware compression to minimize CPU and GPU workload, according to a press release.

AverMedia is offering the card in 22 by 80 millimeter and 22 by 60 millimeter versions. The card comes with an HDMI cable that can be connected at 0 or 90 degrees for easier installation. Other features include:

• Support for AverMedia SDK tools
• Ability to work in tandem with another CN331-H
• Availability with 1-CH HDMI 1.4 input
