AVAD certified master distributor for Gefen's digital signage solutions

Connectivity solutions provider Gefen today announced that Ingram Micro subsidiary AVAD has become a master distributor for Gefen's digital signage solutions.
Successful completion of an intensive two-day training at Gefen's Los Angeles-based headquarters earned custom electronics provider AVAD its master-distributor status.
"This certification means AVAD sales and training professionals are able to guide their dealers and customers through all aspects of their digital signage installations, from simple video wall implementation to more complex, multi-layered content development," said John Novak, Gefen's digital signage director.
To demonstrate its ability to implement Gefen's digital signage solutions and highlight key business partners, AVAD has created a five-display digital signage installation in its booth at the CEDIA electronics expo later this month in Atlanta. Gefen's plug-and-play Video Wall Controller will distribute high-definition video content to all five displays.
