A/V company and signage provider Peerless-AV has announced the launch of SmartMount Carts and Mounts designed to facilitate a digital replacement to traditional chalkboard and dry erase boards.

A/V company and signage provider Peerless-AV has announced the launch of SmartMount Carts and Mounts designed to facilitate a digital replacement to traditional chalkboard and dry erase boards, according to the announcement.
The IWB680-W Over the ChalkBoard Mount is designed to place a touch panel over a chalkboard. Thus, it is designed as a mobile solution that can be moved from classroom to classroom, according to the release.
The SR542-KAPP Cart is designed to complement the SMART kapp, a touch panel which enables users to save and share notes while using a normal dry-erase marker. The cart provides height adjustment, tilt and internal cable management according to the release.
Later this year, Peerless plans to launch two additional mounts for large and extra large displays.
