Atlona, SNA Displays, Host/Havas announce people moves

Atlona announces head of BizDev for North America education sales

Atlona, an AV firm, has announced Steve Bogart as its business development manager for North America education sales with a focus on K-12 and higher education, according to a press release.

Bogart will report to Adam Griffin, director of sales and business development for North America, and his experience includes roles at Harman and WolfVision.

"The strength of the customer relationship is absolutely critical in the education vertical," Griffin said in the release. "Atlona created this position for the purpose of having a customer advocate for the education market. Steve's consultative sales approach strikes the right balance between how technology upgrades align with budgets and developing an effective classroom infrastructure."

SNA Displays

SNA Displays has announced P.J. Pedroni as director of sales for northwest North America with a focus on DOOH and digital signage, according to a press release.

Pedroni brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role, which is based in Tacoma, Washington.

"I look forward to becoming an evangelist for SNA Displays' products and services as I continue to cultivate relationships in the digital signage industry," Pedroni said. "I'm also excited to focus on building a stronger presence for SNA Displays in the transportation vertical."

Host/Havas

Havas Creative Network, an Australia-based media firm, has announced James Wright as its CEO, and parent Host/Havas has announced Gayle While as CEO, according to a report in AdNews.

Wright's new role includes oversight of Host/Havas, h/commerce, Red Havas, Havas Blvd, One Green Bean and Organic. He will maintain current roles as Red Havas global CEO and as chairman for the Havas PR Global Collective.

"Whilst I have always kept close to the Australian market and teams during my time in New York, I am delighted to be back in my spiritual home where we have a world class roster of agencies, talent, clients and opportunity," Wright said in the report. "I am looking forward to working with our senior management teams in the Havas Village to forge an exciting new chapter for the Group."

Gayle While replaces outgoing CEO Laura Aldington, and is coming in from a role at Dentsu as chief client officer (which was announced less than a year ago), and previous experience includes serving as CEO at BBDO. While will report to James Wright.
