Atlona selects Alphatec Audio Video as distribution partner for India

Atlona, a Panduit company and A/V provider, has selected Alphatec Audio Video Pvt Ltd. as its A/V distribution partner for India. Alphatec will help expand Atlona's presence in the country by partnering with integrators, engineers, dealers and rental companies, according to a press release.

"Alphatec Audio Video has the infrastructure to channel the brand across the pan-India region and substantially increase sales and brand recognition," Devasis Bakataki, managing director, Alphatec, said in the release. "The Indian market itself is enormous and challenging to penetrate, which requires a partner that can offer rigorous and dedicated marketing strategies to success. We will create a larger space for Atlona in the market to ensure it evolves into one of the most sought-after commercial AV brands in India."

Alphatec will partner with Atlona to offer joint training and education classes for Atlona products in major cities, but it will offer its own training in smaller towns and cities. These classes will include road shows, regional exhibitions and certification courses, according to the release.
