Appspace, a workplace experience platform and solutions provider, has announced AI capabilities for its Appspace Intelligence AI system, along with launching Appspace Marketplace.
The announcements came during the keynote address at Appspace's World of Work 2024 event in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday morning, along with a concurrent press release.
AI feature launch
AI features include tools for employee sentiment and engagement tracking along with optimization of workplace utilization, real-time data insights, and generative AI tools, among others.
"For AI to drive value, it must improve the employee experience without complicating it," Thomas Philippart de Foy, chief innovation officer at Appspace, said in the release. "Appspace Intelligence is the innovation companion organizations can use to bring a more consumer-like experience to all team members, making the physical and digital work environments desirable destinations where employees thrive."
Appspace Marketplace
The Appspace Marketplace includes out-of-the-box integrations, including room scheduling and digital signage tools, along with custom solutions that allow customers to create bespoke tools for their tech stacks and workplace environments.
The Appspace Marketplace also includes technology partner solutions, such as a growing integrations library developed with trusted technology partners, including enhanced interoperability with popular tools and services. Users can access software tools such as a ServiceNow Plug-in for Appspace device management, along with MetraModo smart locker integration, among others.
The Marketplace also features how-to training resources to help users leverage Appspace's partnership with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
