Adams Outdoor Advertising, an OOH media supplier, has partnered with Vistar Media to integrate programmatic technology into AOA's nearly 300 digital billboards across the U.S. With this partnership, AOA' users will be able to access private marketplaces and open exchange deals, according to a press release.
