AccuWeather signs digital signage deal with Destination Television

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — AccuWeather.com has executed a digital signage reseller agreement with Destination Television Inc. to provide digital weather solutions for Destination Television's relevant locations.

AccuWeather.com delivers weather information and reports that gain audience, presenting vendors with an opportunity to maximize advertising impact. With a team consisting of 113 meteorologists, AccuWeather.com provides accurate, localized and entertaining weather data to enhance the graphics and intrinsic value of Destination Television's network platforms. The relevant weather information and customizable content from AccuWeather.com draw attention to screens, improving retention for advertisements between weather segments.

Destination Television's core business is the implementation of private television networks and digital signage solutions in high traffic leisure destinations. Destination Television's current network broadcasts Bar TV, Gym TV and Hotel TV, airs first run Hollywood movie trailers and new and catalogued music videos. All are strategically placed through digital advertising.
