According to the MICEBTN blog covering the business tourism and meetings and conference industries, Accor hotels across Australia have launched a digital signage system to advertise to the more than 5.8 million guests the hotels see annually.
Accor’s digital signage system uses 150 digital panels deployed in hotel elevator foyers, reception areas, bars and conference areas to promote services and target guest downtime in high dwell areas.
According to the blog, Accor has installed digital displays in 53 of its Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, All Seasons and Formule 1 hotels, and will roll out displays to a total of 150 hotels in Australia over the next 12 months.
