Abcomrents acquires Smart Technology Rentals to meet digital signage, IT needs in Texas

Abcomrents, an event technology company, has recently acquired Smart Technology Rentals to offer its services to Texans. Abcomrents will focus specifically on providing digital signage and IT to the state, according to a press release.

Abcomrents will stock Smart Techology Rental's fulfillment centers with LED tiles, NEC ultra narrow video wall displays, LED displays and interactive digital signage.

"We are extremely excited to bring the Smart Technology team under the Abcomrents brand," Sonny Goyal, managing director of Abcomrents, said in the release. "Many of our clients have been asking us to open in Dallas; with the Smart Technology acquisition, we not only have an office in Dallas but now can easily cover the entire State of Texas."
