Recently, a regional manager for a WAND customer was excited about the positive feedback he was getting from customers regarding one of his restaurant's new Digital Menu Boards (DMB's). They even seemed to remember more about the menu items than when he was using static menu boards. However, hejust wasn't sure about how effective the DMB's were in driving sales of featured products.
