New wayfinding kiosks push Kansas City's Crown Center to the front of the industry

Crown Center, a multi-use development in Kansas City, Kan., wanted to communicate with visitors in a dynamic way. Popstar Networks and Digital Evolution Group partnered to provide the shopping center with kiosks that offered wayfinding functions, publicized sales and promotions and shared the mall's entertainment options. Now, Crown Center is saving valuable operations time while impressing customers.
