Case Study

Finding information in a big city can feel daunting, but City 24/7 has found a way to utilize public kiosks to effectively communicate with the public. Through its partnership with Livewire, City 24/7 has placed kiosks in defunct pay phone booths throughout New York City. The interactive kiosks allow users to:
  • Find theaters, restaurants and areas of interest
  • See ads for local businesses
  • Reach city information or emergency services
  • Understand crucial information in the case of a city-wide emergency
