Case Study

Electronic Video Systems, along with the help of Pioneer and CyberTouch, created, built and installed six separate touchscreen kiosks that could provide visitors with regularly updated digital content of the entertainment center’s attractions at their fingertips and on a large-format screen on public display.

“The challenge was to create a system of free-standing kiosks sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of heavy consumer usage that could also be easily updated with new content,” said Raun Hamilton, vice president and general manager of Electronic Video Systems. “Pioneer professional DVD players can withstand the eight to eleven hours of usage per day at Branson Landing, and can be updated simply by changing the DVD discs.”
