According to the 2010 Arbitron Digital Place-Based Video Study, over two-thirds of teens and adults have seen a digital video display in a public venue in the past month. Now that digital signage has reached critical mass, we'll look at the current state of digital place-based advertising, from the brand, agency, network operator and measurement perspectives.

Diane Williams of Arbitron will report on the results of a nationally fielded study that looked at 18 different types of venues. You'll learn about the total viewership and see a cross-venue comparison as well as a comparison to other forms of media.

Jeremy Lockhorn of Razorfish will describe how the agency world views digital out-of-home and what vertical markets are adopting its use. He'll share successes, challenges and barriers to adoption.

Peter Bowen of SeeSaw Networks will provide case studies which will demonstrate the efficacy of the media and how it's being incorporated into media buying plans. He'll talk about contextual relevance - advertisements based on the environment, whether it be work, play or social.
