Founded in 1976, Euro Motorcars is the leading dealer of new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz in the Washington area and consistently ranks in the top ten dealers nationwide. In addition to Mercedes-Benz Euro also represents Bentley and Rolls Royce. As purveyors of these brands, Euro has the benefit of having an inventory that includes some of the finest new and pre-owned vehicles in the world.

In the highly competitive luxury auto service business, there is a constant drive to find new methods for marketing service offerings to customers. Like many other service departments, Euro offers their customers a TV viewing area as a courtesy in the customer lounge. Euro decided to take advantage of that experience by surrounding the TV content with service department specific messaging.

Euro Motorcars understood that their customers would appreciate information on how to maintain that “new car” feeling. This represented an opportunity to discuss products and services that the dealership offers and give the customers information in a creative and pleasant manner. Euro Motorcars wanted to use the highly effective “infotainment” concepts used in locations where audiences are captive and have to pass time. By integrating upsell product and service messages with other content, the audience is informed and entertained at the same time.
