Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union, or PSFCU, needed an effective way to inform, entertain and communicate with its more than 68,000 members in the branch. Ultimately, the main objective was to improve the in-branch customer experience, but another key component was to inform customers of the many products and services provided by PSFCU. Through the digital signage network, PSFCU was able to:
• Enhance the in-branch experience by entertaining and educating customers • Increase sales • Increase customer satisfaction levels and loyalty • Establish itself as a leader in its industry
